Due to the importance of our work, we have been deemed an essential business.
Despite that, when the governor of California issued a “Stay at Home” order, we decided to place the safety of our employees first and significantly limited the number of in-office workers.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and our community, and I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make sacrifices to ensure that we all remain safe.
As California has entered into its second phase of reopening, we have reopened our offices in full to provide the same level of excellent service you have become accustom to prior to the pandemic.
With our reopening, we have taken strict measures to keep our employees safe including providing face masks, hand sanitation stations, hand washing stations, and reorganizing our office space to allow 6-feet of distance between all employees.
We appreciate your flexibility as we have navigated these changes and we are happy to acclimate to our “new normal”.
As you may have noticed, we have upgraded our email notification system to provide our clients with more frequent and clearer case updates and instructions. This is partly due to a large volume of calls our office is currently receiving due to the current situation.
