SMS Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and/or marketing text messages from TaxRise and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of TaxRise services.

Program Description

TaxRise Client Updates & Reminders

TaxRise may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver Company text messages to you. TaxRise Client Updates & Reminders are intended to provide you with information about your case and next steps.

TaxRise Two Factor Authentication

TaxRise may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver one (1) text message to you verify user identity.

TaxRise Mobile Marketing Alerts

TaxRise may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver text messages to you. Company text messages are intended to provide you with additional information about TaxRise and TaxRise services (e.g., promotions, marketing, and case studies).

Message Frequency

The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of three messages per week per text messaging program. TaxRise does not have a charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages


To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any sms message received from TaxRise. By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from TaxRise confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.
